About

Since I’m a story teller, it means I’m in my head a lot. I hang out in my home office all day with a dog by my side, and only occasionally work in my PJs, really.

I write about health, health technology, business, finance and lifestyle topics like interior design, travel and pets.

If I wasn’t a writer, I might be an interior designer because I have a knack for what looks good in a room as well as color and texture.

But mostly, I love color and texture on the page–making complicated health and finance information not so complicated– and helping brands tell true stories that make them come alive, which builds their customers’ trust and loyalty.

I’ve written about artificial intelligence and mobile security in healthcare, what in the world to do if you won the lottery (what would you do?), as well as how your Netflix que can inform your small business decisions. In between I write health content about allergies, sleep, cancer, heart disease and diabetes along with countless other health topics, as well as travel hacks and what color to paint the foyer.

(Great foyer color: Benjamin Moore’s Saybrook Sage).

As you can see, I love variety and drilling down into the marrow of a topic. I turn in clean, well-written copy on deadline and my clients know they can count on me every time. That’s what you’ll get when I write for you. Oh yeah, plus my sparkling personality. No really, I’m easy going, nice to work with and fun too, which can be important.

When I’m not writing I hang out with Phineas, our Beagle-Hound rescue, work on endless projects around my house, read, travel and head to the beach on my bike.
